The Ben Waters Band played to a full house at Farnham Maltings, in Hampshire on Thursday 18th March, followed by a great performance at Fareham Arts Centre on Saturday 20th. Ben took advantage of the theatre's intimate setting to create an atmosphere that was equal parts Little Richard and Jethro.

Little Dixie regroup at the George Hotel, Reforne, Portland on Sunday 28th Feb, at 4.30 p.m. It's always a great afternoon at the George, a tiny pub with a fantastic atmosphere, and an extremely discerning audience that knows its blues/soul/roots music inside out.

This is followed by a Dixie debut at the Pen & Quill, Shuttern, Taunton, Somerset on Friday 2nd April and a return to the Ropemakers, East Street, Bridport on Friday 9th.

Meanwhile, the regular jam sessions at Mariner's, Maiden Street, Weymouth continue every Thursday night. As ever, new bands, established acts and solo musicians are invited to take to the stage. If you want to book a slot (maximum four numbers) contact me.
